What is aerothermal heating?
Aerothermal is heating, cooling and hot water from a heat pump that extracts energy from outside air. For every kilowatt of electricity it consumes, it moves three to four kilowatts of heat into your home — which is why it has replaced gas as the default choice for Valencia homes.
How much does aerothermal cost in Valencia?

Does aerothermal cool the house in summer?
Yes — the same heat pump runs in reverse. Through fan coils or ducted units it provides genuine air conditioning; through underfloor circuits, gentle floor tempering. One system, both seasons.
Does it work with radiators, or only underfloor?
Both. In Valencia's mild climate a majority of existing radiators have enough surface to run at heat-pump temperatures — we audit them one by one and tell you in writing which stay. Underfloor remains the comfort choice when floors are being renovated anyway.
Is aerothermal worth it in Valencia's climate?
Valencia is close to ideal territory: mild winters keep efficiency high all season, and the same machine covers the real local need — summer cooling. Homes with solar panels gain twice, since the pump runs on self-generated electricity.
