How much does a partition wall cost?
From €34/m² installed and finish-ready; acoustic builds with double boarding and wool are itemised per specification. A typical room divider lands in the hundreds, not thousands.
Can drywall really be soundproof?
Engineered builds — staggered studs, acoustic wool, double boards — reach genuine bedroom privacy. We specify the build to the decibel target, honestly.
Will a false ceiling make rooms feel low?
Valencia's older flats usually have height to spare; most designs drop only where services need it, often gaining drama through level changes and cove light.
Can heavy things hang on plasterboard walls?
