Every project is led by a single engineer, documented in writing at every stage, photographed before walls are closed, and handed over with a documented workmanship guarantee — in English, Spanish or Russian.

Do you use subcontractors?
Core crews cover the seven disciplines in-house. Specialist partners are brought in only under VELTORRA site management and the same written guarantee — never as an anonymous handoff.
What languages does the team work in?
English, Spanish and Russian. Quotations, updates and documentation are provided in your language.
Can I meet the team before signing?
Yes. The lead engineer assigned to your project conducts the technical visit — you know exactly who runs your job before you commit.
