How do I know if my roof needs full replacement or repair?
The survey answers honestly: isolated failures repair well; systemic ones — tired membranes, missing insulation — waste repair money. You'll get both prices where both make sense.
What is a flood test?
For flat roofs we dam and hold water for 24 hours, verifying below — proof before finishes. Pitched roofs get hose testing at every detail. Evidence beats assurance.
Should insulation go in when redoing the roof?
Almost always — the marginal cost while layers are open is small, and top-floor summers change completely. We'll show the numbers.
Can you prepare the roof for solar panels?
Yes — reinforcement points and membrane details for mounts are designed in, so panels never compromise the waterproofing they stand on.
