How much does a pool cost to build in Valencia?

How long does pool construction take?
Eight to ten weeks typically — excavation to swimming — plus the licence phase before. Start in autumn and the pool opens with the season.
Do pools need a licence?
Yes — municipal works permission, which we manage as part of the project. Setbacks and plot rules are checked in the design phase, before commitments.
Concrete, liner or fibreglass — which is best?
Reinforced concrete for permanence and design freedom — our standard. We'll tell you honestly when a liner or shell suits a budget or timeline better.
Can heating be added later?
Easier if provisioned now: pipe stubs and power laid during construction cost little; retrofitting trenches later costs more. We provision by default.
