Villa construction in Valencia — coastal engineering wearing Mediterranean stone.
Hillside plots, sea air, infinity edges: villas demand engineering that ordinary houses never meet. Built from €1,390/m² — slope, salt and views all calculated.
Is this you
Villa construction is your page if…
The plot has a slope — or a view worth one
Sea air will test every material
A pool belongs in the composition
Resale stock feels ordinary
Privacy through the build matters
The project deserves premium engineering
In plain terms
A villa is a house that argues with terrain — and wins.
The best plots are the difficult ones: slopes wanting retaining walls, rock wanting respect, sea air wanting marine-grade everything. Villa building is where structure, waterproofing and landscape become one calculation — and where cutting corners shows within five years.
Premium spec, turnkey
Retaining and terracing engineered
Salt air planned for, not discovered
Pools cantilevered with the maths done
How it works
From survey stakes to sunset terrace.

Questions, answered
Asked before hiring us.
How much does villa construction cost?
From €1,390/m² for premium turnkey specification; terrain works are itemised from the geotechnical study. A 250 m² villa typically starts near €350,000 plus plot and land works.
Can you build on a steep plot?
Steep plots are our speciality — retaining systems, terracing and stepped structures are engineering problems with known solutions. The geotechnical study prices them before you commit.
How do you protect against sea air?
Marine-grade fixings, protected metals, render systems and window specs chosen for coastal exposure — specified at design, not patched after the first rust stains.
Can the villa run near energy-zero?
That's our default design: high-performance envelope, aerothermal climate, solar with storage. Villas are where the whole VELTORRA range converges.
Do you keep projects private?
Yes — discreet siting, unmarked teams where asked, and no publication ever. Your villa appears in no portfolio; that's policy, not favour.
The view is free. Holding it takes engineering.
