Are fan coils noisy?
At night speeds modern units run below 30 dB — quieter than a refrigerator. We size generously so daytime duty never needs loud speeds.
Fan coils or underfloor — which should I choose?
Different jobs: underfloor for steady comfort, fan coils where you need summer cooling or fast response. Many homes combine both — we design the split room by room.
Do fan coils need refrigerant lines?
No — only water from your heat pump. That keeps installation flexible, rooms safe, and future service simple.
Can they replace my old split ACs?
Yes: the same summer comfort, plus real heating in winter — and no refrigerant running through the house.
Where does the condensate go?
Each unit gets a planned, tested drain route — by gravity or pump — documented in the handover pack.
