What's the difference between VRF and multi-split?
Scale and intelligence: multi-splits share capacity between a few rooms; VRF modulates refrigerant flow to dozens of zones with per-room precision, and heat-recovery versions cool and heat simultaneously.
Is VRF only for commercial buildings?
No — large villas and penthouses in Valencia increasingly run VRF for facade discipline and room-by-room control. From roughly six zones it starts beating everything else.
VRF or VRV — which should I ask for?
They're the same technology; VRV is one manufacturer's trademark. We design the system first and choose the brand on merit and service network.
Can VRF heat and cool at the same time?
Heat-recovery VRF can — moving heat from sunny zones to shaded ones instead of rejecting it. We'll tell you honestly whether your building profile justifies it.
How disruptive is installation in an occupied building?
Phased: risers and floors are worked in stages, apartments connected by appointment. The programme comes with the design.
