How much does underfloor heating cost in Valencia?

Does underfloor heating work with wood floors?
Yes — with engineered wood rated for underfloor use and controlled flow temperatures. We confirm compatibility for your exact finish in writing.
How long before the floor can be laid?
The screed needs its curing time — typically several weeks, including a controlled first-heat cycle. The programme is in your quotation and we manage it with your builder.
Can underfloor cool the house in summer?
Mildly. With an aerothermal source it tempers floors rather than replaces air conditioning — we tell you honestly what to expect, and design fan coils where real cooling is wanted.
Is my ceiling height enough?
