How much does a terrace renovation cost?

How do I know if my terrace leaks?
Stains on the ceiling below are the late symptom; ponding water, lifted tiles and salt lines are the early ones. Our survey includes moisture readings — you'll know honestly.
What's a flood test?
After waterproofing we dam the terrace and hold standing water for 24 hours, checking below — membranes are proven, then covered. It's the step cowboys skip.
What flooring works best outdoors here?
Porcelain on pedestals for level luxury and access to the membrane; quality outdoor tile where budgets are tighter. Sun, salt and slope decide — we'll recommend honestly.
Do you build pergolas and outdoor kitchens?
