Monobloc or split — which is better?
Neither, universally. Monobloc keeps refrigerant work outside the house; split suits longer distances and tight facades. We decide from your placement and put the reasoning in the quotation.
Which brands do you install?
Established European and Japanese manufacturers with real service networks in Valencia. Selection is by calculation, not commission — we state why a unit was chosen.
How loud is the outdoor unit?
Modern units run around 35–45 dB(A) at distance — conversation level. We plan placement and anti-vibration mounts so neighbours never notice.
Will it really cool the house too?
Yes. Through fan coils or ducted units it provides genuine summer cooling; underfloor circuits give gentle tempering. We design the emitter mix for both seasons.
What electrical supply do I need?
Most homes run 5–8 kW units on a standard single-phase supply. We verify yours during the survey and handle any adaptation with our own electrical team.
