How much does a renovation cost in Valencia?
Full homes from €440/m², apartments from €390/m², complete bathrooms from €4,490 and kitchens from €5,890. Every service has a published starting price — and the signed written figure is the figure you pay.
How long does a renovation take?
Bathrooms in about two weeks, kitchens in three, apartments in six to ten, whole homes in eight to twelve. The written programme comes with the contract — our own crews and sequencing are why it holds.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our core trades — plumbing, electrical, climate, tiling, carpentry and finishes — are in-house crews under one lead engineer. That single chain of responsibility is the product.
Will the price change during the project?
Not the contracted scope — it's fixed in writing. If you change your mind mid-project, the change is priced in writing before it happens, so drift simply can't sneak in.
Can I see examples of your work?
We don't publish clients' homes — privacy is part of our standard. At a meeting we show complete documented projects: photo records, finish schedules, before-and-after — the full story, in person.
