What does the design phase cost?
From €890, credited in full against a VELTORRA renovation — so planning costs nothing extra when we build. If you tender elsewhere, the pack is yours regardless.
What does the design pack contain?
A buildable pack: measured drawings, layout design, finish schedules, systems decisions, an itemised budget and a realistic programme — the document set that makes quotes comparable and projects calm.
Do I need this for a small renovation?
Honestly, not always — a bathroom or kitchen alone can go straight to quotation. Whole homes, layout changes and two-owner households repay planning many times over.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Gladly — we translate creative intent into buildable sequence and honest numbers, and flag buildability issues while they're still lines on paper.
Does design really keep budgets from drifting?
It's the main mechanism: drift comes from mid-project decisions at crisis prices. Decisions made early, with numbers attached, are how our contract figures hold.
