How do you find a leak without opening walls?
Three instruments cross-check each other: thermal imaging sees the wet route, acoustic sensors hear the escape under pressure, moisture meters map the spread. The intersection is your leak — typically within ±10 cm.
What does leak detection cost in Valencia?
€90 for the instrumented visit, credited in full against the repair. The repair itself is quoted in writing once the leak is marked.
Can you detect leaks under floor tiles?
Yes — underfloor supply and heating leaks are classic cases: warm spots and moisture gradients give them away without lifting a single tile until the repair itself.
