How long does a full renovation take?
Typically 8–12 weeks for an apartment, depending on scope. The written programme comes with the contract — and our sequencing is why we keep to it.
Can I live in the home during the works?
For full renovations we honestly recommend not — it's faster and cheaper to work in an empty home. We'll plan the timeline so your temporary arrangements stay short.
Do you handle all the trades yourselves?
Yes — plumbing, electrical, climate, tiling, carpentry and finishes are our own crews under one lead engineer. That's why the schedule holds.
