Home/Air Conditioning/Ventilation & Heat Recovery
Air conditioning · Ventilation
Ventilation with heat recovery in Valencia — fresh air that doesn't waste your climate.
Airtight renovations need ventilation by design: filtered fresh air in, stale air out, up to 90% of the energy recovered in between — installed from €1,490.
In plain terms
The air your renovation forgot.
Modern windows seal a home so well that air stops changing on its own. CO₂ climbs, humidity condenses, walls stain. A heat-recovery unit swaps stale for fresh continuously — while a crossflow core keeps the heat or cool you already paid for.

Questions, answered
Asked before hiring us.
What does heat-recovery ventilation actually do?
It continuously extracts stale air and supplies filtered fresh air, passing both through a core that transfers up to 90% of the energy — so fresh air arrives almost at room temperature, summer and winter.
Do I need it if I have air conditioning?
AC recirculates and tempers air; it doesn't renew it. Ventilation is what keeps CO₂, humidity and odours in check — the two systems are partners, not rivals.
Is it noisy?
Properly sized units run below bedroom-whisper levels. Most owners locate them by the airflow schedule, not by ear.
How often do filters change?
Typically twice a year in Valencia conditions — a five-minute task we can fold into your maintenance visit.
Can it be added without a full renovation?
Yes — decentralised units serve single rooms through a core drilled in the wall; whole-home ducted versions suit renovations in progress. We'll recommend honestly which fits.
