Do outbuildings need planning permission?
Usually yes — size, height and boundary rules vary by municipality. Our feasibility check confirms your plot's reality before any money moves.
Can an outbuilding be a home office or gym?
That's most of what we build now — insulated, wired, climate-ready rooms that work year-round. August-proof is a specification, not luck.
How fast can it be built?
Four to eight weeks on site for typical buildings, once licensed. Planning is the variable; construction is the predictable part.
