What does architectural coordination cost?
From €1,490 per phase for standalone coordination; within full VELTORRA builds it's part of the contract. Scope and fee are stated in writing per project.
We have an architect — why do we need you?
Architects design and direct; someone must still translate intent into sequence, price and daily site answers. That gap is where designs get quietly simplified — we close it.
Can you work with any architect?
Yes — local or international. We speak drawing, site and budget; several of our best projects came from studios abroad with owners overseas.
Do you build the projects you coordinate?
Usually — that's where coordination pays best, since the translator and builder share one accountability. Standalone coordination is available where a builder exists.
How do you handle design changes mid-build?
In writing with a price, before execution — the owner decides with numbers. Changes are normal; surprises are the failure mode we eliminate.
