What exactly does turnkey include?
Everything from design and licences through construction, systems and finishes to furniture-ready handover — defined in a specification book and covered by one fixed price. If it's in the book, it's in the price.
How is the price really fixed?
Because scope is defined before signature and every interface is ours — there's no neighbouring contractor to blame changes on. Owner-requested changes are priced in writing before execution; everything else is our risk.
Is turnkey more expensive than managing trades myself?
On paper sometimes; in reality rarely — self-managed projects pay in overruns, gaps and months. Turnkey prices that risk once, honestly, and removes it.
Can I follow the project from abroad?
That's half our turnkey clientele: weekly photo reports, staged video walkthroughs and one contact who answers. You fly in for handover, not for crises.
Can turnkey apply to a renovation?
